All account holders are responsible for keeping their personal details current. We are not responsible for any shipping costs and/or any form of compensation if a delivery has been rejected and/or sent to an incorrect destination due to mailing details inaccuracy and/or incompleteness.

Product Care
We recommend gently hand wash garment inside out. Do not soak, do not wring, do not use bleach, wash with like colours, dry flat, iron on the reverse side.

Product Discrepancy
We do not on intent present a merchandise on our shop catalog that is grossly different from its actual form. This includes the material, the color, the measurements and all other information we have provided on each item. 

Packaging and Wrapping
We want your purchases to reach you in its original and good condition and to reduce the possibility or prevent any form of damage and/or defect during the shipping transit. All apparels are wrapped in tissue papers, sealed in plastic bags and packed in Kraft brown paper envelopes or boxes. All accessories are wrapped in air bubble paks, sealed in plastic bags and packed in Kraft brown paper boxes. We will highlight and label the package with signs of fragile for accessories. We are not responsible for any mishandling of the items by the shipping agents. Should any of your purchases reaches you in defected condition, please email us immediately with photographs of the defect(s), order id and keep its original packagings. We will report your situation to our local shipping agents. At the same time, we will require you to make the same comment to your local shipping agent.

Delivery Schedules
We commit ourselves to despatch all paid packages to the post office within 24 hours (except on public holidays) upon receipt of payment, evidence of payment and shipping address. We do not have control over the shipping schedules of the shipping agents. All delivery schedules provided are estimates. Should there be any known delays, we will keep you informed.

Missing Packages
Every package despatched to Singpost under registered article or to Speedpost as express delivery or international order is assigned a tracking number. This number will help the buyer to trace and track the delivery status of the package. If a package is missing during transit, we will file a report with Singpost or Speedpost for investigation. For packages despatched to Singpost under non-registered articles, no tracking number is assigned and is non-traceable. Registered postage is strongly recommended.

Discount Coupons
All discount coupons are to be utlitised and redeemed within its validity period, non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash or any other form of compensation except for its intended use. The authorised user(s) of the discount coupon(s) is responsible for ensuring the discount coupons are correctly applied.

Refund / Return / Exchange Policy
Please read all information given on each item carefully before you make any purchases. We provide information on the material, the measurement, the approximate size fit and any options available. We conduct quality control checks before sending out our merchandises so no refund and/or return and/or exchange of item(s) unless the item(s) differs from the item(s) ordered. Any such exchange is to be made known to Queenbels within 24 hours upon receipt of item(s). We will revert on the next course of action within the next 24 hours. Please retain its original packagings.

Use of Material
We reserve all rights for all contents including photographs, text, labels and all other materials on http://www.queenbels.com.sg (“Website”). You are not allowed to download, reproduce or transmit in any other modes including sale of all any of our contents without prior permission from us.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
