A specially crafted hair scrunchie this Christmas. Using the most lovable polka dot fabric. Employed an intricate and sturdy top stitch all round which gives cute mini curls. Made of imported cotton fabric. Sewn with polyester threads. Best hair accessory for ponytail or hair plaits.
